As an integral part of our Home Safety Service, we provide home owners with a Safety Portfolio, a repository for all the information that proves that you have strived to maintain a safe home environment.

The Safety Portfolio will be invaluable when you come to sell the property, or if an accident occurs in your home.

Periodic Inspection Reports, Certificates and Annual Safety Check Records

We provide each owner with a hard-wearing folder, subdivided to organise the appropriate certificates and records.

We take responsibility for ensuring that the portfolio is maintained with all the up-to-date certificates.

Safety Information

The portfolio also contains useful safety information and information about the latest Regulatory requirements.
