Priority Response
If an unexpected problem crops up, we will respond quickly to help you.
As an integral part of the Home Safety Service we provide a Priority Response if an unexpected problem occurs.
For example, if an electrical fault suddenly left you or your tenants without electricity, or partially without electricity, what would you do?
Our Priority Response service provides the answer:
- No need to reach for the Yellow Pages and call-out an unknown tradesman, who may charge extortionate fees.
- Fast phone access to a trustworthy and highly experienced engineer
- If we can’t resolve the problem over the phone, then one of our engineers will come to your property as soon as reasonably possible. In the majority of cases on the same day.
- Use of the latest fault-finding equipment, where necessary, to ensure the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
