Properly installed and maintained smoke and heat alarms save lives

 

 

We fit the market-leading AICO range of smoke and heat alarms. These are mains powered and incorporate a 10 year lithium battery.

Smoke alarms should be inter-linked so that if one alarm is triggered, all the alarms will sound. If you are asleep in bed and a fire starts downstairs, this could save your life.

To minimise damage to the fabric of your house and re-decorating costs, the alarms can be linked wirelessly.

To comply with BS 5839 Part 6, we fully test all the alarms that we fit and provide installation certificates.

Annual Checks – to make sure your alarms are still working

Too often, smoke and heat alarms are fitted and then forgotten about, with the result that they fail to go off when there is a real fire.

We offer to come back every year and carrty out an annual check. We re-test all the alarms and clean the sensor chambers. You can then be certain that your alarms will work if a fire starts in your house.
