It is vital that all gas appliances are checked for safety each year, and ideally serviced in line with the manufacturer's recommendations.

In particular there is a risk that poorly maintained appliances may emit carbon monoxide gas – the silent killer.

Annual Checks – to make sure your appliances are still safe

It is strongly recommended that all gas appliances are checked annually; indeed, if you let out your property this is a statutory requirement.

Through our network of carefully selected third party engineers we will arrange for an annual check of all your gas appliances. The appliances can also be serviced, if required.

We only work with Gas Safe registered engineers.
