When was the electrical installation in your property last checked?

The condition of the electrical installation in a property will affect the safety of those living in the property, may increase the risk of fire damage, and have a bearing on the market value of the property.

Cables, switches, sockets and other accessories can deteriorate over time, but their safety is often taken for granted.

We will carry-out a full electrical condition survey (also known as a Periodic Inspection). This will identify possible electric shock risks and fire hazards, and suggest remedial action where necessary.

It is strongly recommended that this is done at least every 10 years, or more frequently if the property is rented.

Annual Checks – to make sure your electrical installation is still safe

Five or ten years is a long interval between inspections, so we offer to come back every year and carry out an annual check so that you can be certain that your electrical installation is still safe.
